Body Image Healing and Transformation Coaching Program

This is a Somatic psychology-based program to connect to our body image and start understanding and re-evaluating the connection of our body to the food we eat, which as we know is mostly SocioEmotional and Psychological based (very rarely people eat consciously connecting to what their body needs. Rather mostly it is impulse-based and/or based upon socioeconomic status) We will work with various integrative practices such as Rebirthing, Lullabying, Bodynamics, RPT, Universal Therapy, Laughter Yoga, MACards, transforming limiting beliefs, Coaching approach of goal-reaching, and of course using the Neurographica method as a way of tying it all together and transforming both our inner self and our outer environment, thus transforming our experiential reality. Through Bodynamics integration we will work with transforming the original Body- Food-SocioEmotional connection all while transforming muscle-based body settings. This course would be great for anyone wanting to re-establish their connection with their body, transform their conscious and subconscious view of body image, participate in Neurographica method intensive, great for current and future Certified Neurographica Specialists, those have obtained Neurographica Basics Certification and would like to have more hands-on practice, as well as any Neurographica beginners. This course is also a great way to try individual Advance module courses as we will explore algorithms from a variety of Official Algorithm Modules.
